Dear all

I’m a newbie to the game (total super new beginner, playing with foam balls), only went for a few tennis sessions and am very interested to play more.

I guess the only way to improve is to play consistently, and with better players. Well, the only problem is that none of my friends are interested to pick the game.

I live in Pantai Dalam (nearby Bangsar) and work very close to KLCC.

And don’t mind driving around town as well to play.

I’m looking to play consistently maybe 2-3 times a week, and am looking for people with the same objectives.

Am available to play weekdays afterwork, or during weekends morning, night. Either singles or doubles is fine with me.

If you are interested, please pm, or call/sms me at 012 245 1838.

Hope to hear from some of you soon

Hi Dillon..

Welcome to the forum. At your level, I assume u are NTRP 1.0. You should get tennis lessons instead of playing with people. First of all, higher level player wont want to play with you & you cant learn anything from playing with people your level as it is too low currently.

My advise is to go to coaching lessons at least once a week & when you're like NTRP 3.0 there are more people on that level so you can start hitting with them. If you're serious on tennis & want to commit, going for lessons is a must. You cant learn the game yourself, it will be way too slow to improve & tennis is a life long learning game.

Anyway I wish you all the best in your future tennis endeavour & do come here for help & questions, etc. Have a healthy tennis life! ;)
