Flex rating.. Hmm don't know.. I would like to find out more if there is an RDC machine that i can get my hands on. I only have a baking weighing scale..

yup... stiffness is the only thing we cant find out without a RDC

is knowing the exact weight of my racket affect my game?

I'm using my sentimental Ashway Crossfire Synthetic Gut 17 Gauge on my Wilson Surge 5.1.
Its the same string i used since i started playing. Feels great when hitting the ball. Can't seem to adjust to other string types. Though the Surge has 17x19 string pattern, my strokes are still a bit flat, hitting just inside the baseline. I am trying to brush up/ follow thru more to add more topspin. Getting old, so need a friendlier stick but not too light. Play mostly doubles.

After playing on crossfireII17g then LuxAluPow17 for too long already (till its hurtin my hand), i now using TCB17g on my PD. soft and comfy, good spin and control., and stringbed wont slide. there are probably more comfy strings out there, but too ex for long term. Looks same as Prosupex Blue Gear 18g from TakanoTezuka's 2nd pic.
is Prosupex Blue Gear and Topspin Cyber Blue the same thing except diff brand?
