Our members would pay the guest fees for 5 pairs to the club plus bringing in the refreshments for u guys. Your team will bring the balls. The club is not owned by the members unlike your club, so our club members would actually need to pay the fees for bringing in each guest. I think it's fair cos we do the same thing on all our friendly matches. If this is fine with your side, I'll organize it after 2 friendly matches between other clubs this month.
