Hi guys,

Have any of you suffered a condition whereby after a session of tennis you have difficulty squatting all the way down? It feels as if the knee joint is swollen due to built-up in fluids. There is a slight pain/discomfort when squatting. This predacement hit me since a couple of months back and i suppose age is catching up.

I've heard of pple wearing knee brace to reduce the pressure on the joint, but does it work? Is there any alternative preventive measure? Others take Glucosamine & Chondroitin supplementary pills. Resting does help to recover but, the sore joint will occur again when you start playing. Can any of you guys share your experiences? Thanks in advance.
