Anyone with tennis elbow problems here? Speak up so that I can give you some guidance & help

i wonder ... golf elbow ( is that correct ? ) and tennis elbow are they the same ?

The difference is, golfer's elbow is on the inside of your elbow... if u hold out your right arm & look at it from the top, it would be on the left side of your elbow & in tennis you will normally get golfer's elbow through serve & forehand because you're hitting across & inside your body. Golfers dont swing a backhand so basically their strokes are the same direction as tennis forehand & serve which is towards the inside & across the body.

Both tennis elbow & golfer's elbow is common with tennis players. You can get it left or right.

hey tennis elbow must b at the elbow right ? coz dunno y .. nowadays .. my hand... the upper side towards the outer right .. the top muscle quite pain .. esp when i try to fist my fingers and rotate them... i think must rest for a few days...

Yan... u need to snap a picture to show where exactly your pain is at. Tennis or golfers elbow must be at the elbow area. It doesnt matter if it is golfers or tennis elbow, both are treated similarly.

i saw those ad on smart gyro ball at jalan duta tennis complex...what it said was its supposed to prevent tennis elbow...i dont know whether if its ture....

dangg... those gyro balls makes u look like u're jerkin offf... LMAO

im using L2 with one overgrip, but once the main grip is flat, i will put 2 overgrip instead of 1, L3 dont feel comfortable....
