100% warm water....

saw some good skilled uncles party on court with beer while playing!!!

Hahaah I only drink beer when my opponents hit the ball out of the court, its a unwritten rule, anyone who hits a ball out of the court, automatically owes the opponent 2 big bottles of beer, your choice......most of the time I opt for 100+

Beer???! Seriously?? :)) Definitely a ^#(^ for me.

I only drink mineral water during my coaching session. And sometimes I will drink Gatorade.

Any idea if juices will help with a game? I just got a juicer from a website called Lazada because I read somewhere that banana juice can help athletes with electrolytes and aloe vera juice can help us to recover from sun burn and cuts (touch wood if I tripped myself in a game).

What is the opinion of the pros? Can juices help?
