Actually i know someone in MPPJ,if can really can sponsors we can start the inter-team division again

sponsors are great to have, but it doesnt mean without sponsors we can't organize the event waat.

i don't want to jinx it, but we're almost certain of getting sponsors for our tourney. nothing fancy, but the basic stuff like drinks and fruits should be available to all players. but this has only been verbally confirmed. so fingers crossed!

i agree with you on the prizes. however, my intention is not to attract all you sharks to compete. if not, we social players all no chance to win! but in the future, of course prizes will increase.

Basically what we wan is to get some sponsor,the minor thing like ball & refreshment shouldn't be a problem .
How the format should play in teams event?

ya la... but sponsors won't come if the event has just 32 players man... we tried getting VW to come over and show a couple of cars during our tourney. they actually considered it, but told us the numbers are too few, but will definitely come back once the numbers are higher.

also these sponsors quite sombong wan... if our event is not going to be on TV or the papers, they dowan. but we're talking about huge companies lah.

anything is possible, but we need the numbers first. all say want to join want to join, but when i ask them to join, semua takut. when ppl don join, i can't push sponsors to support us...
